My name is Marco Ranchella and I’m a passionate luthier in Rome Italy.

Since I was a child I wanted to repair and play on stringed instruments, and this passion give his fruits later. I’m also playing in the Orchestra Sinfonica Santa Croce.

At this moment I'm crafting violins, viola and cello in my workshop, outside Rome.

I follow more Antonio Stradivari models, but I’m also researching the works of the roman luthier David Teckler in the 18’th century.
